Hi there! You can call me Ama, a highly talented Executive Assistant and customer service advocate with a keen eye for detail. Before my Executive Assistant role, I spent over a decade as a Customer Service Representative, handling various financial, technical, medical, and telecommunications accounts. As a mortgage specialist, I assisted customers with inquiries about their home property mortgage and escrow details and later worked with Citibank, helping customers with their credit card details. My technical support experience includes troubleshooting computer software and Avaya phone systems, while on the medical account side, I answered inquiries from medical providers about dental and vision insurance. My telecommunications account experience involved activating new mobile phones, providing transaction details, and basic troubleshooting.
